Initial Consultation
Our first call is meant to get to know you better, the inspiration behind your vision and design details you want to prioritize. Autumn asks targeted questions that get to the heart of the experience you want to have on your wedding day and the creations that will bring it all together.
Search & analyze inspiration
After your consultation with Autumn, she begins a deep dive to find inspiration and source decor that encompasses ALL of the details you wish to see. Creating a custom proposal
Autumn then curates a very realistic, plausible, and completely customized proposal using the inspiration she sourced and created to bring cohesion and order to your vision so you know exactly what to expect & the available options! Our proposal is delivered with a full quote, design board, decor list, our contract and a payment schedule.
Wedding day
You finally get to see all of our hard work in person! We are SO excited to show you what we created!
booking + revisions
Over 80% of inquiring couples book after receiving their proposal! If we don't nail it in the first version of your proposal, Autumn revises as necessary to further bring your vision into focus. Once you love the proposal and feel confident in our understanding of your vision, we work together to get your date secured so we can continue planning. (We continue revising the proposal up until 30 days before your wedding.)
mock-ups & venue visits
As we continue developing a design plan, we get more hands on and schedule in-person meetings that may include a mockup of your table design in coordination with your other vendors, or a venue walkthrough which is key when we are working through the logistics and mechanics of larger installations we execute on site the day of your wedding.

Timeline
Most of our weddings are booked 6 months to 1 1/2 years out. If you are looking to bring us on to your wedding team, we encourage you to contact us anytime after you book a venue and/or planner!
Availability
We flower weddings around California year-round and are available for a limited number of destination bookings each year.
Investment
Our Full-Service couples typically invest anywhere from $10,000-$15,000 on a modest floral vision, while our more abundantly designed weddings average $25,000 and up.

How should I prepare for my consultation?
Spend some time on Instagram and Pinterest and get a feel for the colors and styles you love! A target guest count and number in your bridal party is helpful too!

Our signature style is inspired by lushness and romanticism of the English garden with an organic and naturalistic, yet layered approach.
What are your sustainability practices?
We make a point to recirculate hard plastics and design without foam wherever possible, opting for alternative, earth-friendly materials. When sourcing flowers we buy local, first.
do you offer candles & other decor rentals?
We have a full inventory of candles, vessels, columns, structures, and other decor in various styles from earthen, to modern, to baroque...
How far will you travel?
We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but we travel for weddings all over California and the West Coast. We are also available for a limited number of destinations each year!
do you offer mock-ups, venue visits, delivery, set up and teardown?
Yes we do! Our Full-Service Wedding Package includes all of the necessary services that make the planning process & your wedding day a success without having to stress!
