Once she understands your vision, she dives deeply into inspiration, sourcing and curating elements that reflect your style and story. If a particular piece or floral concept doesn’t exist, we create digital renderings to help you see the possibilities and imagine the finished experience. Creating a custom proposal
Autumn then curates a very realistic, plausible, and completely customized proposal using the inspiration she sourced and created to bring cohesion and order to your vision so you know exactly what to expect & the available options! Our proposal is delivered with a full quote, design board, decor list, our contract and a payment schedule.
Wedding day
Finally, you experience the culmination of our collaboration—the moment when design, detail, and artistry come to life. Every floral installation, every curated element, and every thoughtful touch is revealed, creating an atmosphere that is immersive, elevated, and unforgettable.
booking + refinement
Most clients confirm their booking after seeing their proposal, but we always make adjustments as needed to fully capture your vision. Once approved, your date is secured and planning continues seamlessly, with revisions possible up until the final weeks before your event to ensure everything is perfectly aligned.
mock-ups & venue visits
As we continue developing a design plan, we get more hands on and schedule in-person meetings that may include a mockup of your table design in coordination with your other vendors, or a venue walkthrough which is key when we are working through the logistics and mechanics of larger installations we execute on site the day of your wedding.
