Once you head to our contact form and send in your wedding details, Autumn will reach out to you within three business days to schedule a personal design call where we go over your wedding vision in DEPTH.
After your call, Autumn will curate a completely customized proposal to capture your vision for floral design and as a whole. Our proposals are thorough, giving you a complete & clear picture of what to expect on wedding day.
We will be in touch as often as required to continue planning and updating the proposal as things progress. During this time, we work to finalize your vision, schedule site visits, mockups and work through the timeline with your planner.
As the final 30 days approaching your wedding draw near, we begin placing orders, processing your flowers and preparing candles & decor, finalize your table counts, and pulling together all of your additional design elements.
Your wedding day is here! The flowers have been arranged, the van has been loaded, and we are on our way to your venue! We arrive early in the day to deliver your personal flowers for photos, and begin setting up with our team of skilled designers.
After you have basked in wedding bliss, we return to clean up & (if chosen) prep your flowers to be taken home with you or family. In the days that follow, we continue to process & restock used vessels, trash, etc., for our next wedding weekend!
